Delicious and had the friendliest staff. We only spent 5 minutes chatting with the staff but they were kind, answered our questions, and made sure our food was hot. I was so impressed and now understand why there’s sometimes a line out the door. It’s worth the hype and the wait.

10/10 recommend. This was my first time at Hruska’s and it did not disappoint. I’m usually a sucker for the breakfast bundles at Maverik gas station, but a buddy of mine recommended I try this place! Suffice it so say, I think I’m in love! This place knocked it out of the park.!! My wife and I got a savory/sweet kolache each. We got the sausage egg and cheese, the strawberry, and the raspberry. All were delicious. We will be coming back! PRO TIP: Do an online order for pickup!!! I got to the store and there was a line out the door of about 20-25 people! (yes this place is that good) I was able to walk past everybody in line and pick up my order and leave!

Not sure how I missed reviewing this place. One of my all time favorite breakfast spots. They have yummy sweet kolaches with fruit and cream cheese or Nutella. They have breakfast kolaches with omlettes in them. Today they had a new one. Monte Cristo with raspberry jam and powdered sugar and turkey. So good!!! Line can get ling so it is best to go early.

This place is a gem! Had it delivered to me at a truck stop, it was my first time trying Czech food. I loved their peaches and cream kolache sooo much! I wish I get to visit the location someday when I'm back in Salt Lake City

My husband and I have been twice now and it’s been excellent both times! Super cozy and personable environment. The cinnamon; sausage gravy; jalapeno w/ sausage, egg, and cheese; and Monte Cristo are all delicious! Riana (employee) added an excellent upbeat vibe. Definitely check it out next time you’re in Provo!
